The first step is to learn about taking control of the immediate space around you. Imagine you are at the centre of a circle that extends one meter out. You become the master of your own zone controlling and monitoring who you allow in. Most importantly you become aware that you can control the space just by accepting that it is there. From this awareness you start to take responsibility for yourself. You control the space, no one else. TERM DATES AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
This is our last week of classes before school holidays commence. There are no kid’s classes during the holidays, so please take note of the following Term dates:
Last class for Term 1: Tuesday March 31
First class for Term 2: Saturday April 18
Please note the Saturday classes will begin 1 week earlier than usual as there will be NO classes on the following Saturday ANZAC Day.
A reminder that it’s PARENT’S DAY for the last kid’s classes of Term this Tuesday, so all parents are invited to come along and join in the fun with your children on the mat.
ADULT CLASSES AND HOLIDAYS
Adult students please note there is NO class this coming Easter Saturday April 4.
Also, next Thursday April 9 there will be no access to the PCYC building as it is closed for cleaning, so obviously there are no classes on that day.
