Bright Stars (7-8 yrs)

Bright Stars in our 7-8 year age group are further along in their physical and emotional development, so we start to build on the skills taught in our 5-6 years old program with even more focus on technique, agility, and concentration. In addition to the martial arts fundamentals we teach the younger students, children in these classes are introduced to further age specific skills such as intensity, speed, perseverance, and flexibility.
