Bright Stars (5-6 yrs)

Our age specific classes start at 5-6 years old with our Bright Stars program. This program is targeted specifically to the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development stages of young children. We introduce them to a fun, skills based martial arts program learning concepts such as coordination, balance, memory, focus, and control of their developing motor skills.
