Today's classes will be the final ones for 2015. All parents are invited to join their kids on the mats for our last week of training.

The 7.00 p.m class will be our final class for the year (there is no sparring class). End of year Xmas drinks following the class.

Our adult classes resume for 2016 on Tuesday night @ 6.30 p.m. Start the year with a bang and get onto the mats!

Start the year off on a high and challenge yourself to 5 straight mornings of training. Complete all 5 sessions and get 10 training credits. Monday January 18 - Friday January 22, 6:00 - 7:00 a.m

A chance for Brown Belts to brush up on their syllabus and technique before Grading. Cost: 20.00 Worth 2 training credits

Adult students we’ll be having a pre-Grading Intensive workshop on Saturday March 12. This will be a purely technical session as we work on your Self Defence and Multiple Defence syllabus to prepare you for Grading.
